Take a walk through our state-of-the-art 100,000-square-foot shop, and you’ll find technologically advanced CNC lathes by VDF and certified, detail-oriented manufacturing professionals.

The People

The people who work here are rarely satisfied with just building a tool, they need to improve it. It’s their feedback to engineering and quality assurance that evolves our products and our processes. This “shop” is more than an assembly line. It’s the right arm of research and development, the proving ground for engineering, and the lifeblood of sales and service. Our methodology allows for admirable turn-around times, not only on regular product lines, but on custom orders and prototypes as well. In an emergency, we have the ability to pull some, or all, machines off-line to get a specific part or tool out to a customer.

Our entire international network is trained using our head office procedure manuals. These manuals were developed by the key individuals who guide the operation of our company. All of our Service Centres are networked together using Cougar Tool™ ’s proprietary network, Cougar Online. Engineering drawings, QC information, even tool history and run data is available to our managers.
